Morning pickup from your Chengdu hotel in a rugged 4x4 Off-Road SUV (Tank 300 or Toyota Prado). Depart westward along the Ya-Kang Expressway, passing through the 13km Erlangshan Tunnel separating Sichuan Basin from the Tibetan plateau.
